"Had a very good experience at this hotel.....we arrived very early in the morning, around 6:30 am, exhausted and very sleepy, and the staff very graciously let us rest in a room from 9:00 am until our room was ready. "Pro: walking distance to bus station, Highland coffee shop and plaza. Room is clean and no tobacco smell. We had been placed in rooms at different hotels with heavy tobacco smell that we had to walk out before. Friendly staffs. We checked in at 4 am, asked the staff if we could check out a little bit late at 2 pm on the same day, they accommodated us without asking for more money. Con: not too convenient to rent a motorbike nearby. "
